Last but not least, I appreciate how kind and welcoming Armando is. Also, it would be nice if the laundry machines took credit/debit cards instead of coins. My only suggestion would be that the carpets and chair upholstery in the room could use a good shampooing, or do as many properties are doing these days and replacing floors with vinyl flooring, and maybe wipe-able vinyl furniture. Ice, vending, and even a guest laundry that's open 24/7 (just bring your room key.) Honestly it has everything you could want for a great price, so I would totally stay here again. There's an outdoor pool and hot tub, as well as a small store that's always open for snacks and drinks. They serve a great breakfast with lots of variety, hot and cold offerings. This is a particularly nice Holiday Inn, super close to Disney World. We’ll undoubtedly be returning to this location many times as long as these levels of accommodations are maintained. Overall, given its prime location, centralized to many local attractions combined with quick interstate access, this is the perfect property for a passing through Business stay or a long stay Disney vacation. We were there during early portion of breakfast each morning, and in all cases Cinnamon Rolls were not available, and both available pancake machines were inoperable. The breakfast area is large and pretty standard for HIE, though it perhaps offers the only room for improvement we saw at the property.

Staff was professional and incredibly accommodating. The fresh water and tea always available in the lobby was refreshing. The pool and hot tub area was large, well maintained and very nice. Our room, a King suite with bunk beds, was incredibly clean, very spacious, had comfortable bed, and exceeded our expectations. Some of it can likely be attributed to being relatively new, but from the outside to the commons area, the property was incredibly clean. Given the relatively standard accommodations from all HIE, I don’t often review HIE properties, that is unless they fall largely short, or largely exceed expectations.This HIE greatly exceeded expectations.
